Spectrum TV App Reviews

Wish there was a zero star option...I've done ALL of the trouble shooting tips on here to no avail. This app on Roku is the main reason we have kept Charter rather than switching to DirecTv, but the fact that we can't watch it without ANY channel stopping to load every 30 seconds to minute, we are calling them tomorrow. What's even more sad is that this app has had the same issue since it's inception all while Spectrum's customer service and developers seem as if they could care less.

This app is terrible. It freezes, won’t load...requires constant refresh. It’s the absolute worst. I’m seriously considering other TV service options. Wish I could give it less than one star. I’ve spent the last half hour trying to get the app to work. Even reloaded it and still I receive an error message. For one of the largest cable companies you would think they would have better technology. When competition is low, so is the service.

This app never works. I never had this problem with Brighthouse.

TWC app worked great until it switched to Spectrum. Now it won't load. I am deleting this app since it doesn't work. I'd give it a 0 rating

PS - What I'm paying you for. Remind me what I'm paying you for.

When are you going to fix the APP. Missing shows dam it.

I would love to give the iphone app a 0 if possible. One can always rely on the fact the app is not reliable.

junk horrible doesn't work properly constantly freezing and channel unavailable message FIX NOW!!!!!!

Crashes and freezes while trying to watch Live Tv. I cant even use it on my iPad. It freezes while trying to get to live tv. And if you lucky and actually get it to "live tv" it crashes after like 1 minute. IT IS TERRIBLE!!! Really Frustrating or paying Charter customers who would like to use the app!!! Could be a great app. And I would like to use it. But it needs work!! Please fix!!

If Spectrum and TWC are merging then Spectrum needs to take some serious notes from TWC on how to implement an app that is functional!! Probably the worst Ive seen/used and we have no choice but to have spectrum....I absolutely hate this app! Thumbs down

I really like this app and it has worked great. The only reason its not 5 stars is because its easy to accidentally hit the send to tv button while Im watching live tv, full screen, on my iPad and itll change the channels on one of the boxes. If there was a way to disable this feature then I would gladly give the app 5 stars. I have no idea why these other reviews are so negative. I like it! Edit: Changed to 3 stars and stopped using the app because of hitting the send to tv button. Really annoying and disruptive to others trying to watch tv.

App wont save nicknames for the 6 boxes I have so I cant tell which box/tv I am sending a movie to without going thru the "check this TV" scan each time.

This app does not work. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!

As bad as there service, guide wont load, live tv wont load, just garbage, better to get dozens of individual station apps. At least some of them work.

On my IPad and Iphone, when I select my local NBC national provider (WAFF Channel 48 from Huntsville, Alabama), the device selects and displays the local ABC channel instead (WAAY Channel 31 from Huntsville). I notified tech support about a week before the 2016 Olympics began. How hard is it to program the correct channel when selected on IOS devices? The channels were all working about 1 month ago. They can sing their cute jingles on commercials but they cant deliver decent customer service. Charter/Spectrum should reimburse everyone a months rental fee that they sent an email to inviting/bragging that their service will be broadcasting the 2016 Olympics on several viewing platforms. Count me in on a class action suit for false advertising and lying!

I have really been enjoying this app but lately the live TV listing will not download. Its basically unusable in its current form.

I cant get anything on the app! On the bottom it says "limited programming" in orange, I guess that means I get nothing?!? I pay for a large package every month with several movie channels but this is useless. I was excited to download this but like the previous review, its useless at this point.

My app has stopped working all together. Wouldnt connect to internet after up date and now i cant even sign in and the only screen i have is to sign in. Junk

The most useless and difficult app ever! I pay you guys $250 a month for Service and you are in TV every 30 min bragging about your Spectrum this and Spectrum that! Ridiculous! If this doesnt get fixed in next two weeks Im gone to Dish!
