Wish there was a zero star option...I've done ALL of the trouble shooting tips on here to no avail. This app on Roku is the main reason we have kept Charter rather than switching to DirecTv, but the fact that we can't watch it without ANY channel stopping to load every 30 seconds to minute, we are calling them tomorrow. What's even more sad is that this app has had the same issue since it's inception all while Spectrum's customer service and developers seem as if they could care less.
