Frustratingly horrible!!!!!!!

Crashes and freezes while trying to watch Live Tv. I cant even use it on my iPad. It freezes while trying to get to live tv. And if you lucky and actually get it to "live tv" it crashes after like 1 minute. IT IS TERRIBLE!!!
Really Frustrating or paying Charter customers who would like to use the app!!!
Could be a great app. And I would like to use it. But it needs work!!
Please fix!!
